Frequently Asked Questions?
How can I be sure my application was received and approved?
All vendors will receive 2 confirmation emails. The first email will be sent when we have approval of your application and second email will be sent approximately 1 week prior to Jubilee Days to go over any last minute details.
How do I know what space I will have at the street fair?
When you receive your second email, approximately 1 week prior to Jubilee Days, we will let you know your booth number along with a map indicating all booth locations.  Please note, booth spaces are subject to change on the day of the event.
What Licenses/ Permits are required if I am a food vendor?
Food vendors are required to have the applicable Food Service Permits and Licenses.  Permit info and applications, as well as lists of food exempt from permit requirements are available from King County: http://www.kingcounty.gov/healthservices/health/ehs/foodsafety.aspx

What can I sell?
Goods and services sold by vendors must be legal to sell to persons of all ages in King County and the State of Washington, and should not include weapons (real or toy), explosives (such as poppers, bag bombs, firecrackers, etc.) or other hazardous items. If we feel that something you are selling is outside of the appreciate items allowed, we will kindly ask you to remove them from display.
What is the deadline for application?
The application deadline this year is May 20, 2012.  After June 20th, all booth fees are non-refundable. Prior to June 20th, booth payments are refundable, less a 25% processing fee.
How soon can I set up my booth on Saturday Morning?
You can start to set up your booth as early as 6:30am on Saturday.
Can I leave my booth up over night (with all of my items in it)?
Yes you can, we do have 2 security guards patrolling the premises all night however you are ultimately responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
How long do I have to man my booth on Saturday Night?
We require that all vendors man their booths until at least 8:00pm. Jubilee Days will be running through midnight Saturday with our Street Dance happening.  Vendors are welcome to stay until the crowd is gone Saturday night.  This option may be extra desirable for food and drink vendors looking to offer refreshments to the dance goers.  There is no additional charge to stay late.

How long do I have to man my booth on Sunday Night?
Jubilee Days will come to an official close on Sunday at 6:00pm. You will not be able to start tearing down until 6:01pm.

If your question is still not answered or if you have any ideas, suggestions or feedback, please reach out to Stefanie Albaeck at vendors@jubileedays.org or 206.707.9458.
We look forward to seeing you there!
